Yes! CardLegit is 100% free for individual collectors. You can verify cards, report thefts and register your collection at no cost. We only charge businesses that use our API for commercial verification services.

How does verification work?expand_more

Simply enter the card's certification number (PSA, BGS, CGC, SGC) or card details into our search. Our system instantly checks against our global database of reported stolen cards and returns the result in under 2 seconds.

What types of cards can I verify?expand_more

CardLegit supports all types of trading cards including sports cards (baseball, basketball, football, soccer), Pokémon TCG, Magic: The Gathering, Yu-Gi-Oh! and other collectible card games. Both graded and raw cards can be registered and verified.

How do I report a stolen card?expand_more

Go to our Report page and fill out the theft report form. Provide as much detail as possible including card description, certification numbers, photos and theft circumstances. Your report will be reviewed within 24 hours and added to our database.

Is my personal information protected?expand_more

Absolutely. We take privacy seriously. Your personal contact information is never shown publicly. Only card details are searchable in our verification system. We are fully GDPR compliant and use bank-level encryption for all data.

What happens if a card I'm selling gets flagged?expand_more

If you're selling a card that's been reported stolen, our system will alert the buyer during verification. If you believe you're the rightful owner, contact us with proof of purchase or ownership and we'll investigate to resolve the issue.

How can I register my collection?expand_more

Create a free account and use our Collection feature to register your cards. This creates a record of ownership that can help prove provenance and assist in recovery if your cards are ever stolen.
